Changes made to Offaly team

Offaly manager Ollie Baker has refreshed his team for Saturday's All-Ireland SHC second phase qualifier against Cork at Páirc Uí Chaoimh (throw-in 7pm).

Goalkeeper Eoin Kelly from Lusmagh will make his Championship debut between the posts, taking over from James Dempsey.

Meanwhile, there are first Championship starts for St. Rynagh's defender Conor Hernon and midfielder Sean Ryan from Birr, who slots in alongside Coolderry's Kevin Brady.

The half-forward line of Colin Egan, Conor Mahon and Brendan Murphy is the only line that has remained intact from the Leinster SHC semi-final defeat to Galway.

Baker has made a series of positional switches as the Faithfuls look to avenge a 2-17 to 2-16 loss to Cork from last year's All-Ireland qualifiers.

Derek Morkan has been pencilled in at right half-back with James Rigney shifting to left corner back.

In attack, Colin Egan will start on the right wing and Joe Bergin has been moved in to full-forward alongside Brian Carroll and former captain Shane Dooley, who has top scored with 3-15 in two Championship outings this summer.

OFFALY (SHC v Cork): Eoin Kelly; Conor Hernon, David Kenny (capt), James Rigney; Derek Morkan, Rory Hanniffy, Diarmuid Horan; Kevin Brady, Sean Ryan; Colin Egan, Conor Mahon, Brendan Murphy; Shane Dooley, Joe Bergin, Brian Carroll.
