McManus critical of Offaly officials

Ciaran McManus has hit out at Offaly GAA officials for the procedures they used which led to Gerry Cooney being installed as the new Offaly senior football manager.

McManus confirmed his retirement from inter-county football at the weekend and he believes that the appointment process was not handled correctly.
