Michael Curley, the Chairman of the GAA's National Referees Committee, has defended referee Cormac Reilly's performance in last Sunday's Leinster SFC semi-final between Dublin and Kildare.

The Dubs claimed a one-point win following Reilly's controversial awarding of an injury-time free for what he viewed as a foul by Kildare substitute Andriú Mac Lochlainn on Dublin's Bernard Brogan.
