The draws for the preliminary and first phase matches in the All-Ireland Senior Hurling Championship qualifiers were made today.

In the preliminary phase, reigning Ulster champions Antrim will host Westmeath, who gave Galway a test in last night's Leinster SHC quarter-final in Mullingar.

Meanwhile, Cork will hope to bounce back from their recent defeat to Tipperary when they make the trip to Laois, who were knocked out of the Leinster Championship by Antrim.

The winners of the Laois v Cork game will have home advantage against Offaly in the first phase of the qualifiers, while Antrim or Westmeath will be at home to Carlow.

The preliminary phase matches are set to take place on Saturday, June 18, with the next set of fixtures scheduled for Saturday, June 25.

The Central Competitions Control Committee of the GAA will confirm the exact dates, venues and throw-in times in the coming days.
