Kilkenny announce team for league decider

Kilkenny manager Brian Cody has announced his side to face Dublin in Sunday's Allianz Hurling League Division 1 final at Croke Park (throw-in 4pm).

Cody's Cats have received a timely boost with John Dalton, JJ Delaney and Colin Fennelly all fit to start the decider after recovering from injury.

However, the game has come too soon for defender Tommy Walsh and former All-Ireland winning captain Michael Fennelly, both of whom remained sidelined.

These sides have met twice already this year, with Dublin claiming the Walsh Cup title thanks to a 2-17 to 2-13 win at Parnell Park.

The round robin meeting of the sides at Croke Park earlier in the league campaign finished in a 3-11 to 1-17 draw.
