Derry boss Damian Cassidy and Tyrone manager Mickey Harte have named their starting line-ups for the NFL Division 1 opener at Celtic Park.
Harte has opted to include Justin McMahon in his side, despite the Omagh St Enda's clubman suffering a mild bout of concussion in last week's McKenna Cup Final defeat to Donegal.
Meanwhile Colm Cavanagh makes his first start of 2010 after returning from surgery, while Kyle Coney and Ronan McNab are making debut bows.
However there is no good news for key forward Stephen O'Neill, who will be absent for up to two months after dislocating his right elbow in last week's final loss.
O'Neill underwent a scan during the week, which revealed that he had not suffered any fractures.
John Curran holds his place between the posts after impressing during the McKenna Cup - ahead of experience net-minders John Devine and Pascal McConnell
Injuries have made Paddy Bradley, Enda Muldoon and Niall McCusker unavailable for the Oak Leafers, but they are boosted by the inclusion of the Kielt brothers - James and Charlie.
