Roscommon hurler Gerry Fallon braved the driving wind and heavy rain today on the Annaverna Mountain near Dundalk, to become to 2009 M Donnelly All-Ireland Senior Poc Fada champion.

Roscommon hurler Gerry Fallon braved the driving wind and heavy rain today on the Annaverna Mountain near Dundalk, to become to 2009 M Donnelly All-Ireland Senior Poc Fada champion.

In his first time in the competition, Fallon was in superb form as he held off the challenge of Tipperary goalkeeper Brendan Cummins.
