Cork IT to play DIT in Sigerson finals

Cork IT will meet DIT in the Sigerson final after both colleges came through their respective semi-finals at Cork IT today.

Cork led NUI Galway by six points with 13 minutes remaining but despite a strong Galway comeback, which included scores from former Roscommon minors Cathal Kenny and David O'Gara along with Galway's Sean Armstrong they fell just short of advancing to the decider.
