O’Dwyer to remain in charge of Wicklow
Mick O’Dwyer has ended speculation about his future by confirming that he will remain in charge of the Wicklow footballers for another year.
O’Dwyer had refused to commit to the Garden County following the Leinster Football quarter-final defeat to Laois earlier this summer.
He handed over the reins to his assistant, Arthur French, for the duration of the Tommy Murphy Cup, but confirmed last night that he would manage the team again next year.
