Victory puts Antrim top of Division Four

ALLIANZ NFL DIVISION 4: Antrim 0-13 Carlow 0-7

Antrim moved to the summit in NFL Division Four as they dispatched Carlow in freezing conditions at Casement Park.

Michael McCann, who operated between midfield and centre-forward, finished with five points from play as he excelled for the Saffrons.

The hosts took a 0-7 to 0-4 lead into the second half with CJ McGourty and Paddy McCunningham amongst their scorers.

JJ Smith kicked four pointed frees to keep Carlow in the contest but Antrim were too good with all of their points coming from play.
