Hurling needs help, says GAA vice president
GAA vice president and Leinster council president Liam O'Neill is urging the associations top brass to instigate an immediate action plan to boost the game of hurling.
The Laois native made his comments at the launch of the 2008 Allianze National Hurling league saying he felt the game has been given lip service over the past decade, but no serious action taken to guarantee its future.
