Enright goal sees Limerick IT through

A second half goal from Limerick's Tommy Enright helped Limerick IT book their place in the semi-finals of the McGrath Cup after a 1-9 to 0-7 win over Waterford IT last night.

Enright led the charge as Limerick IT dug deep in the second half, along with good contributions from Greg Lyons of Clare and Tipperary's Brian Jones.

The Limerick students only led by 0-5 to 0-4 at the interval but upped their game in the second half and will face Limerick in the semi-final at Meelick on Saturday.
