Damien Reale will return to captain Limerick in Sunday's All-Ireland SHC quarter-final against Clare (Croke Park, throw-in 2pm).

Reale sat out the Munster final defeat to Waterford as a precaution after suffering concussion in the semi-final second replay win over Tipperary.

But as anticipated, the Hospital-Herbertstown clubman is ready to resume at right corner back, with Mark O'Riordan the player to make way.

In all, Limerick manager Richie Bennis has made two changes to the team that lost to Waterford in the provincial decider. The other switch sees Kevin Tobin come in at top of the left to replace Barry Foley who has been troubled by a back injury.

Full-forward Sean O'Connor remains sidelined due to a hamstring injury.

The winners of Sunday's game will face Waterford or Cork in an all-Munster All-Ireland semi-final.
