Mulvihill speaks about his decision to step down

Liam Mulvihill has been talking about one of the most difficult decisions of his life, stepping down from his role as full-time director of the GAA.

At a briefing in Croke Park today he outlined the background to his decision.

He reckons the Croke Park redevelopment was one of the greatest initiatives of his tenure.

Mulvihill also believes the H-Block crisis in the North was his most traumatic time in the role.
