Ben and Jerry back for Cork

Cork's hurling panel has been boosted by the return of Newtownshandrum twins Ben and Jerry O'Connor.

Both have recovered from long-term injuries and are expected to be on the bench for this Sunday's Allianz National Hurling League clash with Clare in Ennis.

Elsewhere, Paul Carley is out of Wexford's meeting with Down on Sunday.

He faces a three-week lay-off after sustaining a hamstring injury in last weekend's defeat to Cork.

Eoin Quigley and Stephen Banville are also ruled out through injury, but former All-Star goalkeeper Damien Fitzhenry and utility defender Michael Doyle could make the starting line-up.
