Diarmuid Carroll and Shane Gallagher have been recalled to the Limerick team for Sunday's NFL Division 1A encounter with defending champions Kerry (Austin Stack Park, throw-in 2.30pm).
Limerick boss Mickey Ned O'Sullivan has made two changes to the side that lost 1-10 to 0-7 to Mayo last time out.
Gallagher replaces Andrew Lane at right corner back, while Garrett Noonan's place at right half-forward has gone to Carroll.
The Shannonsiders will be hoping to give the Kingdom a stiff test as they go in search of only their second win of the current league campaign.
Corner forward Michael Reidy has been their top scorer in the competition so far with 1-7.
O'Sullivan was left frustrated by his side's slow start and over-elaboration at times against Mayo.
He said: "We have got to keep it simple. If we keep it simple we will be there or thereabouts.
"It's hard to put a finger on why we're starting slowly in games.
"We spoke about it (before the Mayo game), about turning on the switch at 2.30, not 2.50. We still didn't turn the switch on until 2.50.
"It's all part of the learning curve though. At the beginning of the league, I said we would be a different team at the end and I still believe that," he added.
After next weekend, Limerick are at home to Tyrone and Donegal on March 25 and April 1, and they will see out the regulation phase of the league away to Cork on April 7.
