Wexford's Darragh Ryan retires from inter-county hurling

Wexford's Darragh Ryan has today announced his retirement from inter-county hurling.

The St Anne's star was 22 when the Model County lifted the Liam McCarthy Cup.

Paul Codd is expected to follow in the coming days - the Rathnure free specialist has not been a regular for the county since the 2004 Championship.
