The Central Disciplinary Committee of the GAA has ruled that Laois manager Mick O'Dwyer is to be confined to the stand for next Sunday week's All-Ireland Senior Football Championship quarter-final against Mayo.

O'Dwyer had escaped with a warning following previous pitch incursions during meetings with Tyrone and Meath this year, but reoffended in Laois's 1-9 to 0-4 win over Offaly at Portlaoise last Sunday.
