Forde, Mulvey return for Cavan
Defender Anthony Forde and midfielder Lorcan Mulvey, who missed Cavan's Ulster SFC preliminary round defeat to Down due to suspension, have earned recalls to the Breffni Blues' side for tomorrow's All-Ireland qualifier against Kildare (Newbridge, throw-in 7pm).
In two other changes to his starting line-up, Cavan boss Marty McElkennon has also brought in Michael Brides and Eddie O'Reilly.
With Anthony Gaynor out injured and Paul Brady away in America this weekend defending his World handball crown, Forde, the team captain for 2006, comes in at centre back and Cathal Collins switches from midfield to left half-back.
Butlersbridge youngster Mulvey will partner Dermot McCabe at centre-field. Up front, Brides will line out at left half-forward with O'Reilly in at full-forward - Peter Reilly and Gerard Pierson make way.
Gowna attacker Pierson is still working his way back to full fitness after a cruciate ligament operation. The cruciate injury saw him miss 11 months of football before returning in March for the National League clash with Antrim.
But McElkennon can still rely on lively left corner forward Seanie Johnston. The DCU star struck six points against Down and will be hoping for another fruitful evening's work against the Lilywhites.
CAVAN (SFC v Kildare) - J Reilly; M Hannon, Pauric Reilly, K Fannin; M Cahill, A Forde (capt), C Collins; D McCabe, L Mulvey; M McKeever, S Brady, M Brides; L Reilly, E O’Reilly, S Johnston.
