Armagh and Tyrone announce U21 appointments

Ulster football kingpins Armagh and Tyrone have both appointed new Under-21 managers for the 2006 season.

Liam Donnelly and Martin Coyle, the managerial duo who led Tyrone's minor sides to 10 trophy wins - two All-Irelands, three Ulster championships and five Ulster leagues - between 1999 and 2005, are to step up to Under-21 level.
