Dual success the spur for Cork
Five of Cork's players in Sunday's TG4 All-Ireland Ladies Senior Football final are hoping to double up on their Croke Park successes this season.
Angela Walsh, Rena Buckley, Briege Corkery, Mary O'Connor and Catriona Foley were all medal winners a fortnight ago with the Rebel county's camogie team.
However, Sunday's decider at GAA HQ is unchartered territory for Cork's footballers, who are appearing in their first ever senior final.
Manager Eamonn Ryan, who has already guided the Rebelettes to league glory this term, has made two changes to his side for this weekend's re-match with champions Galway.
Valerie Mulcahy is back from an ankle strain to start at right corner-forward. Mulcahy, as a second half substitute, was instrumental in helping Cork to a 0-13 to 1-09 semi-final victory over Mayo - scoring three late points.
The other change sees Nollaig Cleary start at wing-forward, with Geraldine O'Flynn in the other corner.
