1973 All-Ireland medal winner Humphrey Kelleher died suddenly at his home in Cork last night.

A talented footballer, Kelleher, who was 59, played at full-back for Cork in the '73 final in which current senior football manager Billy Morgan captained the Rebels to victory as goalkeeper. Cork scored five goals that day against Galway in the county's first All-Ireland success since 1945.
