Former skipper Philip Clifford has recovered from a knee injury to take his place in the Cork line-up for Sunday's All-Ireland SFC semi-final against champions Kerry.

Manager Billy Morgan tonight announced an unchanged side for the Rebels' Croke Park clash with their arch rivals, sticking with the same XV that pipped Galway - 2-14 to 2-11 - in their quarter-final meeting, almost three weeks ago.

Clifford, who injured his knee recently while playing for the Bantry Blues, is fit enough for corner forward fare, while Niall Geary, who was taken off at half-time against Galway, is reinstated at right corner back.

Sunday marks the second meeting between Cork and Kerry in this year's championship - the Kingdom reigned supreme in last month's Munster final, winning 1-11 to 0-11.

CORK (SFC v Kerry): K O'Dwyer; N Geary, G Canty, G Murphy; O Sexton (capt), A Lynch, N O'Leary; D Kavanagh, N Murphy; J Masters, C McCarthy, K MacMahon; P Clifford, BJ O'Sullivan, J Hayes.
