Limerick secret ballot on Rule 42

Limerick County Board will conduct a secret ballot tonight to decide their stance on the controversial Rule 42 ahead of next weekend's annual Congress.

The Treatymen's stance will be one of the last to be revealed before next weekend's gathering.
