GAA Tsunami appeal raises €15,000

The Munster Council has announced that it raised €15,000 for the GAA's Tsunami Disaster Fund Appeal from last weekend's four McGrath Cup quarter-finals.

The sum was made up of gate receipts from the games and clubs' and patrons' contributions.

Players on both sides in the four clashes also forfeited their expenses and donated them to the fund.
