Dublin board 'confident' of resolving manager saga
The Dublin county board executive has held a meeting to discuss the fallout from Brian Mullins' decision to turn down the football manager’s position at the weekend.
Mullins - the preferred candidate - turned down the post because of the failure by officials to meet a number of his pre-conditions.
However, Dublin bosses insist they will have a new football manager installed in the next week.
A statement read: "We are confident of concluding the matter within the next 10 days and most importantly have our players return to squad training."
