Fallon to select for Galway

Former Footballer of the Year Ja Fallon was announced yesterday as a selector for Galway next year.

Fallon will link up with new manager Peter Ford for the 2005 campaign.

Fallon won All-Ireland medals with the Tribesmen in 1998 and 2001. The Tuam Stars club man was a selector with the Galway minors this season.

The other selectors are Annaghdown's Frank Broderick and Litir Mór's Ciarán Ó Faharta.
