Seán Óg commits to hurling
Cork's Seán Óg Ó hAilpín has confirmed he has no plans to join his younger brother Setanta in the Australian Football League just yet.
Ó hAilpín, a strong favourite to be named Hurler of the Year following Cork's All-Ireland win last month, had been linked with a move to Australia following his selection and subsequent performance in the first International Rules test at Croke Park.
However, the defender, who was also nominated for an All-Star yesterday, rubbished the suggestions and insisted he was committed the Gaelic games.
"This is where I started, and this is where I'll finish," he said.
