Tipperary pull plug on All-Ireland 'B' championship
Tipperary football chiefs have made it clear that they won't be taking part in the race for the Tommy Murphy Cup and the All-Ireland B championship title.
Speculation was rife that Andy Shorthall would be asked to step back into the seat he vacated recently and take part in the low profile competition.
However, insiders have made it clear that won't happen and that they won't appoint a new manager until September at the earliest.
