Marsden a doubt for Armagh

Armagh forward Diarmuid Marsden is an injury doubt for the Orchard County's Ulster championship opener against Monaghan next month.

The experienced front man suffered a broken thumb in a recent club game and is on the injury list for county manager Joe Kernan.

Armagh play Meath in a high profile friendly this Saturday to mark the opening of the revamped Kiltale club grounds on the Trim road and Marsden will play no part.
