O'Kelly rules himself out of Carlow running
Former Offaly manager Paul O'Kelly has moved quickly to rule himself out of the running for the vacant Carlow football manager's position.
Mick Condon stepped down last week amid a furore of allegations and counter allegations about late-night drinking before their league clash with Donegal.
It now appears that experienced player Johnny Nevin will get the job as O'Kelly, Luke Dempsey and Mick Dempsey have all poured cold water on links to the position.
