Offaly star Rafferty denies bust up rumours

Offaly defender Ger Rafferty has denied that a behind the scenes bust up led to him quitting the county football panel.

Rafferty says he definitely will not be back in time for the Leinster SFC clash with Westmeath but insisted it has nothing to do with any row.

Rafferty explained: "I was studying at DIT in Bolton Street and now I have set up a heating and plumbing business and I haven’t the time. It has nothing to do with the management or players."
