Outspoken Roscommon official Tommy Kenoy has admitted that plans are already afoot in the county to break up the controversial ex-presidents committee.

The group, which famously blocked all eight motions regarding Rule 42 from getting on the Congress clár, is seen as a serious threat to democracy in the GAA.

Kenoy said: "People think that the Rule 42 issue will just go away but we are in this for the long haul."
