Kerry hurler and Limerick footballer win player awards

Kerry hurling star John Mike Dooley and Limerick footballer Stephen Kelly have been handed Player of the Month awards.

Both have contributed greatly to their sides' impressive showings in the league so far with Dooley starring for Kerry in their perfect start to the Div 2 hurling campaign.

Meanwhile, Kelly has been at the forefront for Limerick in their Div 1B challenge with 1-3 against Leinster champs garnering particular praise.
