Meath star Giles set for March return

Former Footballer of the Year Trevor Giles is set to return for Meath on March 7 against Leinster rivals Laois.

Giles returned for club side Skryne on Sunday marking his first appearance at any level since a groin injury that ruled him out of last October's International Rules tour.

A Meath team source said: "Trevor is doing well and you'd expect him to come as a sub perhaps against Laois and then start the next game. It's a huge boost."
