Hardline boss Paidi Ó Sé is obviously keen to set a precedent by dropping Flanagan for what is understood to be disciplinary reasons.

It has been reported that Flanagan, selected in the unusual role of midfield last Sunday, was axed at the 11th hour for missing the team camp on Saturday night.
