Westmeath football boss Paidí Ó Sé has handed the goalkeeper's jersey to former eircom League ace Garry Connaughton ahead of their 1A league clash with Longford.

Connaughton gets the nod to crank up his GAA career after Aidan Lennon's high profile recent goal gaffs against the likes of Cork and Meath.
