McGonigle return a boost for Derry football

Geoffrey McGonigle has handed Derry boss Mickey Moran a timely boost by beating the rap on a foot injury to declare himself fit for duty.

McGonigle will start at full-forward this Sunday against Kildare in the National League while Enda Muldoon will begin at midfield beside Fergal Doherty.

Top forward Paddy Bradley is suspended and will miss the first three games of the league.
