Gallagher takes a step closer to Dublin call up
Former Fermanagh football star Rory Gallagher has moved a step closer to the Dublin lineup with a vow from Capital chiefs to discuss his case at their next county board meeting.
County Chairman John Bailey said they wouldn't get into specifics but he said they will talk about 'outsiders' playing for Dublin which can mean only one thing given the hype surrounding Gallagher.
Bailey said: "People wanted to discuss the issue and I don’t foresee any problems in bringing in players from outside Dublin if attitudes are changing."
