Rule change may speed up opening of Croke Park

GAA President Sean Kelly wants to change the voting rules at Congress in an effort to speed up the process of opening up Croke Park to other sports.

At present a two thirds vote is required to do away with rule 42 which would allow the likes of rugby and soccer to be played at the Jones Road venue.
