Pilkington to line out for Birr

Johnny Pilkington will return from work commitments in France in time for Birr's Leinster club final with O'Loughlin Gaels on Sunday.

The former Offaly star will be back after a fortnight abroad this Friday though the news elsewhere is not so good.

Simon and Barry Whelahan along with Liam Power, Paul Molloy and JP O'Meara are all on the highly doubtful list for the All-Ireland champions.
