Mulvihill concerned over GAA attacks

The GAA's Director General Liam Mulvihill has made it clear that the rising incidence of attacks on referees is becoming a real headache for the association and must be stamped out.

In the last number of weeks referees in Kerry, Wexford and Meath have been the subject of verbal and physical abuse from both players and fans.
