Tyrone boss confident of Cavlan return

Tyrone boss Mickey Harte believes that in form half-forward Ger Cavlan will be fully recovered in time for the All-Ireland footblal final agianst Armagh on September 28.

Tyrone boss Mickey Harte believes that in form half-forward Ger Cavlan will be fully recovered in time for the All-Ireland football final agianst Armagh on September 28.

Cavlan missed his club's defeat to Dromore in the county senior championship because of a calf injury but Harte is confident the player will be fit for the Croke Park decider.

Harte said: "I would be hopeful that it wouldn’t be a long-term thing. It sounds as if it could recover in a short enough time."
