Carroll doubtful for Tipperary

Former Tipperary Allstar John Carroll is rated extremely doubtful for the county's clash with Kilkenny in the All-Ireland senior hurling semi-final on Sunday week.

The Roscrea man went over on his ankle in the closing stages of the quarter-final win over Offaly and has been having intensive physiotherapy treatment ever since.
