The status quo has been restored in Offaly hurling with the return of the famous Whelahan trio to county training this evening in Thurles.

All three Whelahan brothers - Brian, Simon and Barry - missed training on Saturday night withdrawing their services from the county panel in a show of solidarity following Simon's non inclusion.
