The three Roscommon players axed from the panel for breaking a team curfew have been given a reprieve by boss Tommy Carr and asked to rejoin the panel.

The three Roscommon players axed from the panel for breaking a team curfew have been given a reprieve by boss Tommy Carr and asked to rejoin the panel.

Defenders Paul Noone, John Nolan and David O'Connor have had talks with Dubliner Carr following their qualifier win over Offaly last weekend and look set to team up with their old colleagues.

Boss Carr said: "It is being resolved at the moment. The door is shut on no one, but we'd need to see that people were serious. It wasn't even about indiscipline - just a bit of control."
