Tipperary gambling on Curran's fitness

Tipperary manager Michael Doyle is gambling on the fitness of Paul Curran for Sunday's Munster SHC clash with Clare in Cork.

Former U21 star Curran opted out of the squad at the start of the year because of studies.

However, he has answered an eleventh-hour call following injury to regular full-back Phillip Maher which rules him out for the rest of the year.

Tipperary make one other change. Team captain Brian O'Meara returns after injury in place of Ger O'Brady.
