Laois make changes for Limerick

Laois have changed four of their six forwards for Monday's hurling league clash with Limerick at O'Moore Park, Portlaoise.

Brian McCormack starts at wing forward after impressing when introduced as a sub in their one point defeat to Offaly last weekend.
