Millennium man Brian Whelahan has been invited to team up with the Offaly hurlers despite his admition that he is on the brink of retirement.

Millennium man Brian Whelahan has been invited to team up with the Offaly hurlers despite his admission that he is on the brink of retirement.

Whelahan, named on the team of the Millennium in 2000, has said he probably won't be back for his county.
