Hartley and Mullane back for Decies

Waterford boss, Justin McCarthy, will welcome back Fergal Hartley and John Mullane to the starting lineup ahead of Sunday's NHL clash with Laois.

The duo's return comes as a welcome boost to Deise fans who are still reeling after a four goal tanking by Kilkenny on opening day.

Elsewhere, Brian Flannery fails to make the team while former Tipperary star Andy Moloney is still absent from proceedings too.
